Haswell Green’s is a live music venue situated within two adjoining Midtown West townhouse. The project involved full demolition of four floors as well as structural bracing for the mezzanine extension before the installation of two newly designed bars, kitchen, bathrooms, full HVAC inclusive of ERV’s and kitchen extract system, patio terrace façade, curtain walling system, specialist joinery, F.F.E, and all interior decorations.
