KixbyThe 195 key former Metro Hotel was refurbished and re-branded as the Kixby, bringing a vibrant new luxury boutique offering to the bustling Herald Square area of Manhattan. Affect was engaged to re-fit the public areas and F&B spaces along with the new rooftop cocktail bar.
The space was outfitted with contemporary custom design features and furnishings providing an elegantly understated look and feel to the space.
