Sefton a mid-century inspired classic cocktail and craft beer bar located on Manhattans Upper East Side, Affect was engaged to deliver a turnkey solution for the operator. The space featured custom high lacquer panels, solid oak tambour wainscoting, solid brass foot rails, custom FFE, commune clay tiles, decorative Venetian plaster, and brass light fixtures to deliver an elegant look and feel be-fitting to the neighborhood. Works included MEP installations, bar & kitchen design and installation, and external facade and signage installations.
